HQworkwear.com we deliver your orders quickly and securely at the best available price. We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver parcels depending on the weight of the order and your location. 

For small orders in the UK, delivery is £4.95.
Please consider that while we charge £4.95 UK delivery a shipping surcharge will be required on larger orders. And this will be outlined in any quotation to you. 

Expected delivery time of our products is different for each product. 

Items that do not require customisation are shipped within 1-3 working days of cleared payment using Royal Mail or DPD.  However, if customisation using embroidery or print is required this time is varied and will be affected by when you supply the correct format artwork and when we get approval for all mock-up proofs.  This timeframe will be communicated to you during the production process.

We wish and make our utmost efforts to deliver the best and your desired items to you but we totally understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you’d want to return an item purchased at www.HQworkwear.com.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging still with tags attached. The item cannot be worn or damaged.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note returns are only possible with none personalised items. 

It is not possible to return items once they have had your branding added to them.

We try our best to make this process as smooth as possible.  And send you a mockup and visual to sign off before we proceed with personalisation.

We can also do short runs with custom logos to make sure you are happy with the branding before adding to a larger order.

If you have particular garments you would like to use, we can purchase this on your behalf and then custom brand, embroider or print before sending to you direct.
